Les résultats montrent que je suis visé “accroché” au niveau des tempes gauches et droites par une arme a énergie dirigée emettant du silent sound sur une fréquence très précise(chiffres exacts et vidéo de la séance de mesure disponible).
Nous étions une douzaine pour lesquels les mesures étaient positives ainsi que quelques temoins.
Cette technique de harassment verbal se nome “voice to skull”.
L’appareil de mesure était juste un detecteur…. maintenant je recherche quelqu’un sachant scanner, connaissant les techniques d’heterodynage afin de savoir ce que ca donnerais.

Stalkers are certainly emitting in the WWW , at least a portion mixed, to supply the network of harassment, and maybe another part permiting hacking acces worldwide.
I dont know with wich software i can have an acces to that…but I know that is technicaly very simple…. Do you have a suggest for me ? What do you think about SATCOM ?
